Website software
Our website is developed with software from WebFlow, which also hosts our websites. They take appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of data as much as possible. These security measures consist in any case of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Backups are regularly made to prevent data loss.
Web hosting
We take web hosting services from WebFlow and GoDaddy. They process personal data on our behalf and do not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. These parties have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data.
E-mail and mailing lists
We send our e-mail newsletters with MailChimp. MailChimp will not use your name and email address for their own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically via our website you will see the ‘unsubscribe’ link. You will no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data is stored securely by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other internet technologies that make it clear whether emails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use non-personalized data for the further improvement of the services and to share non-personalized information with third parties.
Authentication & Membership
If applicable we use MemberStack for authentication and membership handling. When it concerns paid memberships the payments will be handled through MemberStack by Stripe. Both parties have no access to your personal information and have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. They reserve the right to use non-personalized data for the further improvement of their services and to share non-personalized information with third parties.
