A custom digital home for The Caland’s luxury apartments
The Caland is a new real estate development with 48 luxury apartments in Rotterdam. We designed and built a clean, functional site that gives potential buyers a clear view of the project, and an easy way to take the next step.
We focused on making the experience smooth and informative, without the usual clutter. A custom-built ground plan system lets users explore every apartment in detail, while the overall design reflects the high-end, modern character of the building.
The result is a site that does more than just look good, it supports sales, communicates value, and gives The Caland a polished digital presence from day one.
